Bottle from Foodery, Philly, PA. Chimay glass. Nice blonde golden color with great small bubble head and great retention. Hazy. Floral, spicy, fruity, honey, and slightly herbal aroma. More fruit and spice oriented upon tasting. Honey sweetness. Well nuanced and balanced. Soft and pleasant palate. But somewhat astringent finish. I would love to try this again.

11.5 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy gold body with a big and fluffy light-tan head that leaves plenty of lacing. A subtle floral aroma that features hints of bananas and vanilla. Medium-bodied. A smooth, sweet start with vanilla upfront. Finishes with a biscuity dryness. Yeasty, herbal qualities and some pepper throughout.

Bottle from Keg Liqour. Poured hazy yellow color with a large white head that lasted with good lacing. Very complex herbs and sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Full complex spicy bittersweet flavor with solid sour citrus finish of moderate duration. Very good brew.

Pours a clear gold with good white head. Sweet caramel malts, biscuits, spice, banana, floral hops, and some bitterness. Fruit, citrus, a bit of lemon zest, and some funkiness. This is an excellent, complex brew. Well Done!

Pours golden color with slight haze and light head with great lacing. No yeast or other particulates. Spicy bready aroma with light flowery hops. This beer is full of hop bitterness and very well balanced. Carbonation leaves a nice prickly finish. I like this one a lot and would gladly have another.

Bottle courtesy of Tupalev, thanks Jeff!-This Belgian Ale is hazy yellow with lots of yeast floaties throughout showing right after thew pour. The head is a frothy, rocky cap and leaves nice lace. In the nose, lemon rind and funky yeast meet bread crust and flowery hops, with a touch of spicy pine. This beer shows good flavours of lemongrass and floral hops, leading into yeasty funk and quite dry hops. Finish is dry and bitter. This is well made and dangerously drinkable given the ABV. Thanks a lot for this one Jeff!

I was disappointed here in that the underlying structure of this beer was set up so perfectly--very dry and quite bitter. What was needed was just a hint of malt sweetness and this thing would be amazing. But I never found any sweetness. It really saddened me, because the base of this beer has so much potential. All framing and not enough substance, I should say. I really want to give this beer another shot, because maybe I just missed something.

Slghtly cloudy gold, thin white head. Bready, spicy, slightly winey aroma. Flavor is surprisingly dry - crackery and black pepper, some champaigne, with a lot of crisp hop bitterness. Very tasty and refreshing.
