4.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
341 mL Bottle. Yellow-gold body with a thick foamy white head that settles to a thick film leaving foamy ribs on the glass as it is sipped. It has the aroma of a Belgian type, sweet light malts with notes of banana, pear, green grapes, yeast, and cookie dough with an estery hint. Rich flavor that is best enjoyed from a glass; sweet grainy malts with hints of banana, caramel, an aftertaste like sweetness-expired bubblegum, and a cream cheese finish. Bonus points for a beer with lots of character to entertain any beer gourmet. Just drink it from a glass, not the bottle.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pour is hazy golden with a nice fluffy head, good retention and lots of lacing. Aroma is grassy, yeasty, bread, citrussy notes. Taste is moderate sweet, yeastym grassy and herbal hops, citrussy notes, crisp malts. Medium body and medium-low carb. I used to be a fan of this beer but i am pretty sure the recipe have changed and now its average for me. Sad.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A golden beer with a very big, cloudy, dense and blond head. The nose is strongly aromatic and fruitfull, lemony hops and some spices, apples. Complex and tastefull aroma. Taste is fruitfull, quite much of citrusfruity hoppyness and spicyness, some peppers and yeast. Medium bodied, high carbonation and acid, fresh. Complex and aromatic with strong hoppyness, nicely balanced beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled in March, so understandibly the aroma is a bit faded, but some nice belgian yeast is coming through (smells bready, spicy almost a bit stinky with cattyness/socks) with a little bit of citrus and lemon. Very very big head, hard to control this one, lasts forever with a lot of foam? Hazy yellow color. Taste is very well balanced, citrus and light bitterness upfront, some spicyness and a light bitterness. Very well balanced, wish this one was a bit fresher so I could get some more of the hop aromas. Medium bodied and medium/high carbonation.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
From 341 ml bottle. Pours a clear copper-amber with a fluffy white head and a few floaties. Pear, apple, banana, pepper, white bread and cinnamon on the nose. Flavours of fresh apple, raisin, pepper, lemon zest and a floral note. Velvety mouth feel with a lingering spicy and fruity aftertaste. Absolutely cracking Belgian style blonde.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Is this one of the most innovative & interesting breweries in Canada? It just might be. From the labels, to the packaging & most importantly the brews these guys have yet to disappoint me. This one pours honey blonde with a multiple finger picket fence white fluff cap (this is the cloud-like head that dreams are made of). Handed this pour to Dieter & he gave this his nod of approval. You get your Belgian, you get your Weiss, & you get your hops. Another winner.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A cloudy golden amber pour with a huge lasting white head. Very good head retention and lacing throughout. Aroma of biscuit malt, Belgian yeast, fruity with mild citrus hops. Taste is of malt, Belgian yeast, fruity with mildly spicy citrus hops. Palate is a medium crisp smooth body, moderate carbonation, slightly dry. Finishes with a combination of biscuit malt, Belgian yeast with fruity citrus hops for balance. Overall a very good fairly refreshing Belgian ale nicely balanced, definitely one to try.
