Commercial Description:
Dernière volonté (French for "Last Will") is a mix of Belgian and English brewing traditions. Complex flavours of hop flowers and spicy, fruity esters from our belgian yeast are perfectly balanced with the robust flavours and aromas of malt. The finish is commandeered by an assertive aroma from dry-hopping.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of all foam finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a very hazy softly carbonated yellow colored body and thick foamy lacing. The aroma was malty and musty. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt mild hops breads coriander and tart. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Pours a cloudy golden-orange color with a huge foamy white head that quickly settles into a thin lacing that lasts. Citrus and floral hop aroma with some pine, citrus fruit and sweet maltiness. Perfect balance of hops, fruit and yeast, with hints of golden crisp apple and pear and subtle spices. Bitter hops up front with creamy smooth fruit center and dry hop finish. Very good!

Nice babyfood banana and apricot aroma. Cloudy golden, full of floaties, medium snow white head, some lacing. Malty apricot flavor. Grassy palate. Pretty good, but lacks anything that sets it apart.

Bottle. Pours a hazy sticky looking amber with a large creamy white head. Sweet fruit, pears, candy, honey. Medium bodied, but a little empty. Not much of the nice aromas carry over into the body. Some light candy maltiness, and a nice quinine like bitter at the end.

I had this one with my good buddy J. Poured a cloudy golden with a quickly dissipating white head. Smells very fruity and flowery, almost overbearing. The taste was just as putrid and it had a dry finish. I wasn’t a big fan of this junk.
