| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 29, 2009 Pours a hazy golden yellow with loads of floating sediment. Thick creamy white head. Aroma is of tangerines, spice, pine, bread, oranges, banana on the nose. Tastes like a fusion of an IPA and a triple. Very hoppy, some high alpha PNW hops were used in this brew. Tangerine, grapefruit, oranges and lemons, pine and resin, spice (lots of spice), hints of banana and bubblegum close to the finish and a nice dry hoppy finish. Palate is lively, light fine bubbles. Nice beer. Really like this brewery! RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA
