Bouteille 750 ml. Couleur jaune or, mousse blanche. Arôme de levure sauvage, un peu de fruits jaunes. En bouche, le blé est présent, belle texture, notes acidulées, brett, céréales. Excellente.

Poured at Shelton Fest. Yellow gold haze with puffy white head in my small snifter. Aromas of light berries, white grape must, some floral notes, funk, and slight citrus. The taste is the same with the fruits up front and the tartness on the backend. Easy to drink. Well balanced sour to fruit. Another good one from them.

Hazy straw pour with a small fizzy white cap. Nose is.....so clean. Tart green apple and green grapes, wheat, oak, lactic acid, a tantalizing bit of Brett. Nose is tart, crisp, sour wheat. Green apples and lemon, fresh wheat. This stuff is simple but really well executed. Could probably use some more Brett character but whatevers. I want more ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample on tap at What’s Brewing BF, Stavanger. Hazy red colour, pinkish head. Aroma and flavour of tart blackberries, lovely. The best beer I had at the festival.

On tap @ What’s Brewing 15. With blackberries. Pours hazy red, with a creamy finger thick head. Aroma is tart with forest berries, wood and berries, as well as leather. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart with berries, wood and tannins, as well as fruity notes, and nice bretty notes. Lingering tart berry finish.

Red, thin white head. Smell of raspberries, funk, caramel, hints of vinegar, berries. Light sweet, fruity, tart, moderate sour, caramel and some funk. Not very sour, but has a nice tart touch. Quite tasty stuff

On tap at Whats Brewing, Stavanger. Pours hazy reddish with a small pink head. Aroma of sour berries, acidic citrus. Taste is bone dry, acidic malts with notes of fresh rhubarb, good but a bit too acidic for me.

Tried at the Festival, pours hazy yellow gold with small white head that didn’t last long. Decent lacing. Aroma and flavor of sour lemon, lactic funk, wheat, and yogurt. A touch sharp in the front then has some sweetness in the close. Light to medium body with lighter carb. Decent.
