Nose is fruity. Aromas of fruit, grassy hops bring a nice bitterness to the finish. Tastes are light sweet and lots of bitterness in the finish. Medium body with medium carbonation.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Mild and fruity smell. Light and fruity taste. Balanced to the point where no flavours stand out.

Keg at BD ShepBush. Slightly hazy burnished gold, head recedes to skin. Very citrusy nose, lots of orange and grapefruit (and kumquat I guess, but I’ve not had the opportunity to try one on its own). Toffee malt then orange and mixed citrus, with a fruity note I can’t place (that’d be the kumquat!) and medium bitterness. Finishes dry. Pretty good, enjoyably fruity.

First tried this when it came out at the Montreal Beer festival. I’ve had it plenty more times since and am so happy to see this as a regular in stores. What a fantastic beer. I love that it tastes different than your typical American IPA, yet it still satisfies that IPA craving. The perceived bitterness seems tamer than their Moralité IPA. A very citrusy example for sure. This one, Moralité and Le Castor Yakima IPA are my go tos. Glad we now have a great selection of local IPAs. Thanks guys!

Hazy orange - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry. Fine carbonation. Mildly creamy malts, dry cream. Bitter yeasty floralness. Nice touch of orange - tangerine and a trace of crystallised fruits. Finishes dry and bitter. Nice fruits but the bitter yeasty floralness is annoying.

At Eurhop festival in Rome-Italy. Pours bright golden, just a bit hazy with a medium off white head which leaves lacing. Nose of fresh orange juice, tropical fruit and hint of Amber malts (caramel). Mouth: GREAT! Important body with distinctive character. Peculiar IPA. Juicy citrus feel, pineapple, tropical fruits. Perfect bitterness. A great IPA, different and good! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
