On tap at CBC. Pours pitch black with a steady creamy longlasting tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, light coffee and liquorice. The flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel and coffee. Creamy texture. Straight forward and well made impy stout.

Draft @ CBC 2012. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee and chocolate aroma. Roasted malty coffee, chocolate and weak licorice flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and coffee finish.

Tap @ CBC. Served way too cold! Deep black color with hardly any head at all. The nose is smoky liquour and coffee cake, chocolate and honey nut cereal. Some spicy cinnamon. The taste is very vinous, loads of delicate port and bitter chocolate. Boozy vanilla and grape skin. Full bodied and quite hot for the 8.5% abv. Nice though.

Pours black with a lovely, creamy brown head with great lacing. Aroma has cocoa, vanilla, coffee, roasted malts aplenty. Lowish carbonation, nice dry and very creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of roasted malts, cold coffee, hops bitterness, grainy dark chocolate. Lingering bitterness from both hops and malts. Amazing Imperial Stout when you consider the ABV.
