Backlog rating. Keg at BD Camden tap takeover. It pours a amber color with a small white head. Aroma is quite sweet and malty, with notes of hay, spices, grass, caramel, citrus peel. Taste is quite sweet and spicy again with notes of toffee, citrus peel, grains, hay and citrus. Finishes lightly dry ad spicy. Medium body with sticky mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Overall, quite tasty but far from a traditional saison

Very nice, soft saison. Awesome balance, bubblegum aroma with some hay. Pours golden clear with decent lacing, not much head. Average carbonation. Finishes hay-like bitterness. Balanced, smooth finish. Cloudy blond. Tap at brewpub.
