I am surprised that this beer doesn’t have a higher rating. This has to be one of my favourite saisons. It has a nice bright yellow colouring. It has that typical saison flavour, both spicy and fruity, without being too tart or too peppery. While I had this in January and February, I can imagine it being even more refreshing in the summertime. Great beer!

On tap at DDC. An opaque cloudy gold with a filmy white head. Banana bread and spicy saison aroma. Soft med-full bodied with a round mouthfeel. Wheat, pepper, cloves just tons of spice vying for dominance with a good dose of wheat.

If you like Saison Dupont, then you would absolutely like this beer. A perfect seasonal beer with a solid freshness, especially when drunk at the brewery.

Very nice, soft saison. Awesome balance, bubblegum aroma with some hay. Pours golden clear with decent lacing, not much head. Average carbonation. Finishes hay-like bitterness. Balanced, smooth finish. Cloudy blond. Tap at brewpub.

This was a great saison. On tap at DDC Montreal. Sweet, belgiany, yeasty. Lots of flavour. Very enjoyable.

On tap at the brewpub. Cloudy blonde pour. Aroma of wheat, gum, and lemon rind. Flavor is mild of gum and wheat with minimal rye spiciness. Sugar cane and wheat in the finish.

On tap at brewpub. Pours an almost clear straw with a white head. Flavor is spicy, yeasty, cake. A touch of bubble gum? Good bitterness, rather sharp. Lingering citrus notes. Medium body.

Really great take on the saison, with the spicy rye. Pours straw with a light head and big lacing. Notes of cereal, fruit, pepper and rye spicyness. Light body with medium carbonation.
