Bouteille verte de 375 ml, lors du 10e anniversaire. Arômes fruités et citronnés. Robe très pâle, belle effervescence à petites bulles. Assez acide en bouche, des notes citronnées et fruitées accompagnent une touche boisée et vanillée. Finale légèrement vinaigrée. Intéressant.

Saveur: Goût acide légèrement citroné. Longue durée de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût acide et sûrette. 375mL bottle @ DDC 10th Anniversary Party. Pours a hazy, pale golden color; thin, off-white head. Solid amounts of lemony funk, high acidity, and plenty of sweaty / farmhouse / musty notes; solid core aroma. Relaxed carbonation. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: herbal / medicinal notes, tart lemons and citrus, high levels of acidity; messy, mouthwatering lambic with plenty of citrus and acidity. Medium finish: lasting tartness; dry citrus, touches of toasty malts, and lots of funk.
