Bottle shared by Dmac; thanks dude!pours out a somewhat cloudy orangey color with a small white head. Aroma is of light fruits, apricot, some light spices and yeast. Taste drops off a bit, odd vegetal notes, strange wilted flower, fruit, mild spices, some boozy sweetness.

11.2 oz bottle thanks to the one and only glouglouburp. Poured a hazy nectar orange with a smaller foamy bright white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, light sugar, honey, sweet dough. Good body with a fuller mouthfeel and softer carbonation with small bubbly carbonation. Flavor is a mixture of sweet sugar and dried out tropical fruits, some rind, bread crusts, Belgian yeast. Gets better with some warmth.

Aroma fruity front, with citrus hop profile. Darker side behind. 7+
Appearance hazed amber gold with medium rocky top.
Flavor and Palate : medium bodied. Fairly crisp up front despite delicate carbonation. Slight hint of green apple , behind fruits and some alcohol. Finish bitter. Nice.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2013 Cask Days 2013. Big bright nose and a lot of intense tropical fruit aroma. A bit chewy with some lovely sweet pale malt. A bit sweet bit the hoppiness does cut it. Lean pale malt and a nice spicy yeast Fresh and a bit fruity. Pretty lovely brew. Pale amber. Spicy/ fruity hop nose. A bit of sweet pepper and some earthiness. A little bit of fruit. Very bitter for the style. Soft spice. Peppery. Decent if unusual. A sort of lingering mintiness. I like it. 8 4 7 4 15

This was delicious - on cask at Toronto’s Cask Days festival. The hoppy aroma is inviting with citrus notes and then the yeasty and grassy notes hit from the triple and sweetness and bitter combine.

Huge thanks to Tommy for this bottle. I adored this beer. I dont like tripels generally but I loved this beer. The citra hop adds a fresh tropical fruit profile and really balances the sweetness in such a big beer. WOW great stuff.

330ml brown bottle. Fromt he bottle the beer pours a glowing orange with fine haze. Fat and pillowy and creamy white cap which sits atop the brew for a very long time, very luscious. Nose has honeyish notes, zesty orange. Taste has a honeyish start, zesty middle with orange peels, fades to slightly grapefruity territory, light grass, tace of spiciness, some alcohol in there. Pleasant mix of flavours overall, has the expected notes of a traditional tripel with some nice extra hopping, and a fantastic appearance.

341ml bottle, pours a slightly cloudy golden amber with a nice foamy head and lots of lace. Nice aroma of citrus and yeast, flavours of dried citrus fruit, sweet malts and some bready yeast. Noticeable alcohol - nice full body. Very nice beer.
