Bottle shared by Dr Silverworm. Poured clear golden color with an average to large frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Complex citrus and sour yeast aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet & sour flavor with a medium to heavy sour & sweet finish of moderate to long duration with a small alcohol bite. This is a solid beer.

A cloudy yellow pour with aromas of honey, light citrus, some sweetness, and a touch of wheat husk. Flavors matched the aromas abv hidden well, but decent amount of honey and citrus comes through.

Picked up in Panama City. This was unexpectedly good. Honey and sweet citrus fruits, rich caramel maltiness really hold the booze in check. some tropical, just the warmth of the booze is noticeable.

A murky, yellow beer with a medium and blond head. Great aroma, tropical fruits, spices, fruits from the yeast. Taste has fruits, also tropical fruits, spices, some warming alcohol. Medium bodied, nice carbonation. The great beer, the hops gives added value.

11.2 oz bottle shared by DrSilverworm. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium plus sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have a bunchof ccitrus, orange, lemon, some zest, spicy, sweet, honey, some zip to the finish, decent take on a style I don’t always enjoy.

341 ml bottle. Straw gold pour, few fingers of semi dense white foamy head. Aroma of yeast, some tropical fruit and actually a decent amount of pine hops. Taste starts off slightly sweet but leads into a decently bitter finish. Very nice, alcohol does not interfere at all.

341 ml bottle. Bottled on 03/2015.
Pours clear golden color with a large white head. Kind of Saison-y spicy aroma with herbs and lots of yeast, some lemon as well as some earthy notes. Lemon flavor, which is surprisingly sweet also, lots of spices, yeasty and slightly hoppy. Very quaffable, maybe not the most refreshing of Tripels but quite crisp summery brew still. Alcohol is not at play at all here. Very nice.

Draught (10.2%) @ Lambic Foeder. Rated on 25.06.2015
Aroma has sweetish apricot tones, some soapiness and fruit candy. Flavour has toasted sugar, sweet apricot and some alcohol. Rich and nice tripel, one of the best outside Belgium.

Pours golden with an inch of white head. Aroma of spruce, citrus, iced tea. Tastes of chocolate, alcohol, resin, and cherries. Oily mouthfeel. Lingering boozy aftertaste.
