UPDATED: APR 6, 2015 Bottle from Halles St-Jean. Aroma: citrus, mangos, peaches, passion fruit. App: nice hazy peach color, small white head. Some lacing. Taste and Palate: lots of fruits in mouth, medium sweetness, light long bitter and alcohol warming finish. Overall: Pretty good! Enjoyed a lot the fruity aroma and the mouthfeel. Bought a 4-pack and will probably buy another one soon. So yummy and refreshing.

Draught at Dieu du Ciel. Pours a clear gold with a small diminishing creamy white head. Amazing aroma of peach and grapefruit, switching back and forth, along with herbal notes, lots of hops, some yeast and mango -- I love it! Lovely flavour of Belgian yeast, lots of citrus and herbal hops, peach, mango and some alcohol, but nowhere near the 10% abv. Full bodied. An amazing beer.

Huge aroma of citrus fruit, peaches, and plums! wow! the flavor is laced with hoppy goodness. lots of fruit, and a nice peppery spiciness from the hops mixed with the alcohol. Some subtle grains, and some malt just to balance things out. wow, this was a great tripel.

On tap at Dieu du Ciel. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Huge citrus on the nose, big and bright. Medium bodied, then the alcohol shows up, big and heavy, but while warm and boozy this isn’t so big that it’s unbearable. Though I am glad I went with a smaller pour. Chewy with a load of citrus musk and warmth into the finish. Beautiful. Big though. But damned beautiful.

341 ml bottle. Pours an orange golden with a persistent white head. Smells fruity and sweet. Tastes like oranges, yeast, sweet bread and tropical fruits. Good, very lemon- and citrus-flavored bitterness in the finish. A bit of acidity, and warm alcohol feel too. Medium-bodied. Excellent ale, loved it.

Passion fruit, citrus hops and a slight resin aroma open things up. Amber orange hazy liquid that add a nice head for the first 5 minute. Sweet, long palate with well presented hops. Perfect Belgian yeast American Pale Ale ! Wait, it’s a Belgian Tripel.... 10,2% ?? No way. Great beer, great idea, ugly label. A solid 4.1/5.

This was delicious - on cask at Toronto’s Cask Days festival. The hoppy aroma is inviting with citrus notes and then the yeasty and grassy notes hit from the triple and sweetness and bitter combine.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2013 Cask Days 2013. Big bright nose and a lot of intense tropical fruit aroma. A bit chewy with some lovely sweet pale malt. A bit sweet bit the hoppiness does cut it. Lean pale malt and a nice spicy yeast Fresh and a bit fruity. Pretty lovely brew. Pale amber. Spicy/ fruity hop nose. A bit of sweet pepper and some earthiness. A little bit of fruit. Very bitter for the style. Soft spice. Peppery. Decent if unusual. A sort of lingering mintiness. I like it. 8 4 7 4 15
