Interesting idea. But wasn’t as flavorful and hoppy as had hoped for the IPA component. Cream ale seemed to dominate. But my palate may have been skewed, because I’d tried some stronger tasting beers first.

12oz glass on tap at the Underground Tap and Grill pours a dusky honey color with a creamy white head which dissipates in a few minutes. Aroma is pleasant but can’t quite identify.Taste is fruity and malty sweetness somewhat spicy mild piney-ness to it. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Overall, I enjoyed it.

12oz glass on tap at the Underground Tap and Grill pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head which settles to reveal some thin spotty lacing. Aroma is light citrus and caramel with some other aromas that I can’t get a hold on. Taste is fruity and malty sweetness with a dry citrusy bitterness. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Overall, an interesting IPA with unique flavors that should be sampled.

On tap at underground. Orangy reddish I think. Wonderful red candy, sweet, caramel, orange, honey, what else.... This just smells unlike anything else I’ve ever had. Fruity flavour, dry and bitter, creamy, unknown everything, weak spice. No idea what is going on. Get this. It’s awesome.

En fût, robe blonde ambrée, arôme de houblons très soutenue, goût de houblon américain et de caramel amère.

A nice session IPA with a pine forward and floral taste. Not overly intense nor bitter, but mea culpa has a beautiful pine and resinous floral flavour. A bit sweet with a light grainy malt. Very basic but still tasty.

On tap at DDC (Montreal). Pours clear amber with creamy white head. Aroma: mostly pine and hops.Same for the taste + a hint of alcohol. Strong bitterness. Dry finish. Good one.

At DDC. golden amber with expected creamy dense cap. Aroma of dusty pine, slight caramel and oranges. As the aroma, pine bitters and oranges, with a dry finish. Nice!

doesn’t smell like much like many cream ales but has that sexy dairy cream curl whip on top. Soft carbonation like a good cream ale and finishes with a good dose of hops. It’s a really good hybrid beer. I wouldn’t even know how to classify this but it has good points of IPAs and a cream ale. Amazing tracing, kind of a cloudy amber look to it with good retaining head. On tap at DDC.
