A nice session IPA with a pine forward and floral taste. Not overly intense nor bitter, but mea culpa has a beautiful pine and resinous floral flavour. A bit sweet with a light grainy malt. Very basic but still tasty.

On tap at DDC (Montreal). Pours clear amber with creamy white head. Aroma: mostly pine and hops.Same for the taste + a hint of alcohol. Strong bitterness. Dry finish. Good one.

At DDC. golden amber with expected creamy dense cap. Aroma of dusty pine, slight caramel and oranges. As the aroma, pine bitters and oranges, with a dry finish. Nice!

doesn’t smell like much like many cream ales but has that sexy dairy cream curl whip on top. Soft carbonation like a good cream ale and finishes with a good dose of hops. It’s a really good hybrid beer. I wouldn’t even know how to classify this but it has good points of IPAs and a cream ale. Amazing tracing, kind of a cloudy amber look to it with good retaining head. On tap at DDC.

Note: 6+/10

Tap, nitro charged. Light to moderate roasted for the malt, light to moderate perfume and orange for the hops, moderate dough for the yeast with honey, alcohol and lot of fresh fruity overtones with hint of dark fruit in the background. Head is average size, creamy and cascading, very light tan with excellent lacing and is fully lasting. Color is hazy to murky orange/red. Flavor starts lightly sweet, and finishes faintly acidic and moderately to heavily bitter. Palate is medium, creamy with a almost flat carbonation. Though there is nothing incredibly outstanding in this IPA, it’s exceptionally easy drinking and enjoyable.

Draft. Pours amber with an off white head. Malty grainy aroma with floral hops. The flavor is clean and well balanced, with grainy malts and floral hops. Decent.

On nitro at Blind Tiger. Pours an amber orange color with a white foam head. Aroma of heavy grapefruit, caramel, and pine. Sweet caramel flavor with a harsh hop hit, even on nitro. Love the creaminess from the nitro which smooths everything out, but leaves you with resiny goodness on the finish.
