Tasty IPA, at Bar Hop pre rush hour crowd. Fruity citrus aroma. Cloudy grapefruit body. Tasty, very drinkable IPA.

[Cask at the brewpub] Pours a golden-amber with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Aroma and flavour are grassy and perfumy along with some fruit, citrus and caramel malt. Average bodied. Not sure what this is like on draught but it’s quite solid on cask.

tap @ dew du ciel. soft tangerine. melon. fruity. toasty. bit of caramel. balance is fine, but would prefer a bit more hop forward version of this. no harsh bitterness, nicely.

Draft at DdC with Streets, Ricky, Andrew, PJ and Brendan. Pours a deep amber orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is light overall with muted notes of melon and citra hop. Mouthfeel is medium with notes of honey, melon, grapefruit and faint fruit character. Overall, very nice easy session pale ale.

Slight hazy amber hue, with a white head, with a nice aromatic mild floral tropical fruit, leafy, citrus hoppy nose, with some passion fruit, green grapefruit, pear, mango, peach fruity notes from the mosaika hop used, with some spicy lemongrass, faint honeyed pale, toasted, caramel malt accents in the aroma follows through on a medium- bodied palate with a yeasty bubblegum, good flowery tropical fruit, leafy, citrus, piney, grassy hoppy character with some green grapefruit, lemongrass spiciness, subtle honeyed pale, toasted, caramel malt flavours, within a light green mint leafiness undertone, leading towards a citrusy, tropical fruit, leafy, grassy, minty hop bitterness finish.

On tap at Festibière de Québec. A cloudy orangeish with a short lived white head. Aroma is very citrusy. Flavor is fruity, grains, malty, sweet. Finish has a good, bitter, citrus punch. Some lingering sweetness, oranges and very ripe fruits. Medium body, sticky mouthfeel, average carbonation. Good, but maybe a bit too sweet.

Pôur is hazy golden with white head and good lacing. Aroma of grapefruits, tropical fruits, light caramel. Taste is very fruity, grapefuits, mangos, light caramel, very bitter (without being too agressive), dry finish. Low body and medium carb. good pale ale.

on tap at festibière de québec. pours hazy golden with a small white cap, some retention and lacing. very fruity, fresh cereals, light dank and weedy notes, cumin and other spices, bit of mango, hint of candied sweetness. low carbonation, light to medium body - oily and quite dense, short but assertive spicy-citrusy finish. nice!
