3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 reebtogi (1528) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 26, 2012
341ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a finger of white head that settles down to a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of bready malts and faint hops. Taste is light malty sweetness with some fruitiness and a mild hoppy bitter finish. Light bodied and softly carbonated. A decent blonde ale, but not one of my favorites.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 weihenweizen (630) - West Virginia, USA - JAN 25, 2012
Refrigerated bottle through trade with pushkinwow, poured into a trappist glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head that dissapates quickly. Little lacing, medium body, low carbnation, and light grassy aroma. Taste is grainy malt with some grassy hops in the finish. Won’t be seeking this out.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 neuromatt (610) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 23, 2012
11.5 oz bottle from Christian, served in a snifter. Pours clear amber with a moderate off-white head that mostly remains and leaves lots of fine lace. On the nose, there are notes of citrus, grain, pale malts and a touch of hops. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of grain, honey, herbs and citrus. The finish is long and citrusy. On the palate, it is light in body with average carbonation. Overall, this golden ale is nice for what it is, but it is a rather simple, straightforward refresher. The malts are more interesting than I had expected and it is very well brewed. 2012-01-23
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Metalchopz (1173) - Quebec, CANADA - DEC 14, 2011
Originally rated October 2005. Sampled at the brewpub, in company of S8n on September 17, 2005. Pours a golden colour with light carbonation. Small white head and not much retention. Nice patchy coat of lace that stays. Fruity malt nose that is mild. Smooth mouthfeel with a creamy finish. The taste starts with a fruity mouth and finishes malty. Grainy aftertaste with sweet malt lingering. Great blonde ale with a good mixture of fruit, sweet and grain malt.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 VincentL (121) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 28, 2011

(printemps 2007)

Pale golden pour with some haze. The nose is softly sweet with a bit of light fruit and some soft yeast as well. There is a nice bready malt component that really comes out. Light and simple, but well put together. I like it.
