Pours cloudy yellow with minimal white head. Light citrus nose. Taste is rather bland, not like other DDC products. Finish has some ok bitterness.

cloudy yellow thin white head. Asweet aroma but not of anything much. Tastes sweet a bit like jelly sweets. Its ok but wouldnt get it again.

Pours straw color with white head. Sweet, floral, and bready aroma. Notes of honey, biscuit, yeast, floral hop, and bready yeast. Very drinkable

Draught, 5% at the brewpub. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is lagery with a spicy, but rough, aroma hop. Hint of green apple. Creamy mouthfeel. Burns a bit like ginger, but does not taste of it.

Bottle. Pours a thin straw with virtually no head or lacing. Very thin yellow color. Thin.. did I say thin? It’s almost watered down in the nose and in the taste. Its slightly sweet with a surprising longer finish of sweet. Very drying in the finish.

Very clear and light tasting beer. Didn’t have a significant impression either way. Some light bitterness in the finish, after a slightly sweet initial taste. No real aroma, other than a slight citrus and malt nose.

Pours a light yellow colour with a thin light head. straw barn aroma. very light smooth sweet straw malt taste.

341ml bottle. Pours a nice, slightly cloudy, golden yellow with hints of orange and a white head that leaves very little lace. Nose is very grainy with some subdued fruit underneath. A little more fruit in the mouth but quite yeasty. Easily the worst beer these guys bottle...to date.

Bottle. Not so good looking straw yelloe with solid white ring and decent lacing.
Aroma: Mostly fresh cereal, herbs and a hint of fruits. Also, there is some distubing and odd bready aroma.
Taste: Intense cereal notes, light malts and orange. It finishes nicely with a clean bitter aftertaste.
Palate: Medium body with carbonation with appropriate carbonation.
Nice session brew. The cereal notes are very enjoyable. It’s a bummer that the nose is a little off.

Couleur miel de trèfle avec un petit anneau de mousse fuyante. Fine dentelle. Le nez est légèrement caramélisé avec des notes herbeuses fraîches. Parfum de levure fruitée? Le goût est moins intéressant avec une présence de grains maltés et de notes chimiques. En bouche, le liquide possède une densité appropriée pour le style. Finale sur des notes florales avec une bonne crispation des tissus.
