Slight cloudy honey gold hue, with a thick fluffy white head, with a faint fruity wild berry, mild yellow-orange cloudberry nose, with a faint acidic citrus, herbal, coniferous accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice mild zesty, citrus peel, fruity yeasty, coniferous herbal myrica gale, lime, grapefruit, lemon rind, wild cloudberry, yellow berry, mint leaf character, with a flowery leafy, citrus hoppy, light pine needle, sprucy flavour, leading towards a fruity, citrus saison yeast, zesty lemon, grapefruit, lemon rind, coniferous, sprucy myrica gale, light lingering citrus, leafy hop bitterness finish.

Drank on tap (14 oz) at the Montreal brewpub on May 4, 2014. Blonde golden, small head. Fruity aroma of herbs slightly sour. Taste of berries and bitter grapefruit, slightly sweet, very dry pine bitterness. A good way to make us discover the delights of the Far North!
