On tap at Dieu du Ciel, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma of Belgian yeast (very prominent), some floral hops and light sweetness. Flavour of Belgian yeast, light candied sugar, and bittering hops. Very solid session beer.

On tap at DDC (Montreal). Nothing much to talk about, really common, not really aromatic or flavory. Guess it has to be taken with a meal, as the name suggests.

Smells like straw, tastes like a dirty horse. Cloudy blonde. Doesn’t have a lot of profile, just kind of like hike. A little bitter without complexity. Has the whole kind of Belgian farm thing going on. Had at the DDC brewpub.

Copper blonde topped by a beautiful white head, lasting. Nice belgian aromas with hints of noble hops and fruity esters. Good carbonation, good body for a light beer, nice herbal hops presence on the palate even tough the hops are subdued here. Easy drinking, refreshing and tasty. Really enjoyed this light abbey beer.

Draft at Blind Tiger with Andrew, Streets, Mark, Ben and Kyle. Pours a hazy orange body with thin white lacing. Aroma is tarty fruit, spicy malts. Mouthfeel is a bit bitter and dry, with notes of fruity spices and fruity malts. A nice Belgian.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white and lacing head. Aroma is light fruity and mild yeasty. Crisp hoppy and mild phenolic. Smooth and easy finish with a light bitterness.

Amber-gold color, with a small pillowy white head, mild yeasty, fruity citrusy nose with a light toasted, pale malty accent, with a subtle citrus floral hop note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, soapy, fruity earthy spicy grainy toasted, biscuity, pale, bready malt character with some flowery hop citrus peel undertones of lemon, grapefruit, with a peppery limongrass zesty, spritzy backbone, leading towards a faint yeasty fruity, ripe apple, spritzy citrusy, lemon, grapfruit rind, light lingering leafy hop bittering finish.
