On tap from Bar Volo Toronto. Gentle floral aroma. Light red bordering on pink. Tart and fruity flavours that combine well. Full on palate with a short finish. Great beer, would definitely revisit. Ideal for summer but not more than 1-2.

341ml bottle pours a pinkish golden color with a finger of white head and leaves some spots of lacing behind. Aroma is flowery with some hops. Taste is malty sweet with some flowery notes and a mild hoppy finish. Light to medium body and soft carbonation. This is a truly tasty brew and I recommend a sampling of this one for sure.

12 oz. bottle from Julio’s Liquor’s. $3.99 with a Wild Six discount. Hibiscus flowers in beer never really sounded appealing to me but… hey I will try anything once. So, I used an English pint. From the instant I popped the bottle I could smell the floral aroma. At first it was kind of nice. Interesting color, a pink / orange color. Tastes of flowers, berries and a lot perfumy. Light spice in the finish. Nice to try however not something I would revisit. Couldn’t drink more then one.

bottle. Poured clear, pink tinged with a thin white head. Fruity perfumey aroma. Light clean, semi-tart, dry mouthfeel. Flavour of sour cherries, wheat, a little yeast.

One of the best flower beer out there for sure. I see how they try to balance the beer with the astringent caracter of the hibiscus. It works pretty good, but I’d like a slightly drier finish. Very good overall.

Very pink, bubbly almost like chamPagne. Sweet, a bit too much but it works in a fruit beer sort of way.

On tap @ Beer Temple (from notes): Rose red color with pink head. Aroma’s of rosewater, coriander, some wheat. Flavor is lightly sweet & sour & herbal. Light body. Finishes with some acidity, wheat & coriander. If you have to drink a fruity witbier this is probably not the worst you can get.

Une odeur de fleur très alléchante. Un robe rose et brumeurse unique avec un super col. Goût un peu acide et frais. Un peu d’épice. Sucre doux, aucun amertume. Okay, c’est une bière de ’fille’, mais une excellente!
