Bottle pours a orangish pink color. Huge perfume nose of potpourri and soap and rosemary and of course hibiscus flowers. Bright, full, sweet up front, syrupy all around, consumed in a potpourri and floral perfume flavor, herb heavy and oily on the palate. Wow, I really don’t know what to think. I think I like it.

Jul 21, 2008 Pours a cloudy gray/pink/brown. Smell and taste is similar to a lambic, but much lighter. Not bad but not my stile.

Jul 21, 2008 Bottle from West Lakeview Liquors, Chicago. Hazy, big red color with some brown and big beige head. Aroma is rose petal with a little off-dry malt sweetness. Flavor is sweet rose with cherry juice, pretty nice with a little dirtiness. Medium body with a some carbonation. Okay, a little sweet but overall a very nice beer.

Jul 18, 2008 Bottle poured a lightly hazy pomegranate with a small lingering pink head. Aromas of wheat, coriander, light orange and some light floral notes. Almost smells like a Wit. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, tea, light citrus and a hint of spice with a crisp dry bittersweet finish.

Jul 18, 2008 Rating number two since the first one didn’t save :( I hate it when this happens. Pours almost red but is a deep amber with no head. The aroma is sweet, floral, and spices. The flavoe is the same except for the tart finish that was surprising. Ligh and refreshing body with medium carbonation on the palate. All in all a good beer.

Jul 17, 2008 Sample from BOMC shared with a friend. Floral aroma on a slightly pink amber color beer. Tart, sweet, and citric, with flavor of rose hips and spices. Interesting, but strictly a novelty. Not bad.
