A really unusual color, kool-aid orange when held up to the light, a much deeper red otherwise, a finger of pale peach head resting at the top.
A bit of a funky farmhouse scent to it, straw and hay and a bit of floral citrus.
Heavy floral notes and a vague underlying citrus.
Very nice mouthfeel, well balanced with a slightly citrus aftertaste.
Eassy enough to drink, but the heavy floral notes make this a ’one beer’ session.

Aug 16, 2008 Aroma is wheat, lemon, and spicy like faint pepper. No head. Taste is corriander, grass, lemon, and wheat. Little carbonation. Very drinkable with a refreshing finish.

Aug 14, 2008 Bottle. Scenty aroma. Slightly cloudy appearance. Flavours of peach and slight hint of spices. Little sour, yet leaves a sweet finish. Reminds me of Ungo bungo. Interesting.

Aug 14, 2008 12 oz bottle from Secret Santa. Pours an amber color with a small white head. The aroma is weak with a bit of wheat. The flavor is spicy with wheat and thyme. The mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side. The finish is short and dry with a slightly metallic note. Overall: A very unusual beer, not bad, but not something I’m likely to try again. Thanks mike.

Aug 13, 2008 Pour is lightly hazed reddish with a thin off white head...smell is sweet and lightly floral at first with then a nice spicy herbal note...taste is sweet with fruity (pear) type thing...a nice sweetness in the finish...interesting for sure...

Aug 8, 2008 [1418-20080530] Tap. Strong spicy flower aroma (what must be hibiscus) and muted cheese pizza and plastic. Slightly hazy, light orange pink body with a small medium-lasting creamy light pink foam. Strong flowers and a bit of vinegar in the flavour with spicy dandelion notes. Medium body. Interesting additive in theory.
