The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

330 ml bottle at home. Almost clear light red rose color with off white head. Spicy herbal and floral aroma, light fruity, light grassy. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Taste shared by Chalumeaux. Thanks, TJ! Pours pale red purple with a light pink head. Aroma is heavy hibiscus! Like sticking my nose in a flower. Flavor is lighter than the aroma, slight sour, a little watery, spicy hibiscus. This s is neat, but not a favorite.

Poured from tap at Novare Res pours hazy red pink with a nice one finger head. Aromas of flowery hibiscus and notes of grass. Taste is mildly sweet with a nice balance between the floral bitter and peppery notes. A well crafted beer.

Pours a moderately hazy dark salmon pink with a small pinkish head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of hibiscus flowers with a slight citrusy coriander aspect to it. Taste is lightly acidic and fruity. Something I imagine to be coriander again. Body is light and carbonation moderate, pretty refreshing. Overall a nice one, to think it took me that long to rate it!
