COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Tap at bar volo. Pours a reddy plum with a white head. Light candy, floral, cherry aroma. Light body, a touch thin, medium carbonation. Light cherry, light cranberry, white wine... OK. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a rosey copper color with a small pink head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is floral with a malt sweetness and some avidity. Taste is similar with hibiscus flowers, malt sweetness, wheat and a mild tartness. Finishes with some sweetness and hint of tartness. Medium bodied and low carbonation. Decent flavor but I’m not a big fan of hibiscus in beer. Easy to drink but not really for me.

Really interesting beer! Pours a bright rose type color with a small white head thats gone like yesterday. Aroma is floral, sweet, some bubble gum with some bready yeastiness. Slight citrus as well. Taste is floral up front, somewhat like eating those edible flowers you get in fancy cocktails. This transfers quickly to sweet bubble gum and citrus that dances with wheat, a yeasty bready note, and finishes with some citrus and a tinge of tartness. Clean finish. Lighter body, nice carbonation. Definitely an interesting summer beer!

Bottle shared at The Sampler. Pours a pretty pinkish color. Aroma is spicy wheat and light berry notes. Taste is overly effervescent, undistinctive wheat beer. Just so-so.

Bottle. Beautiful rosy colour with very little head. Fruity, floral aroma. Flavour is sweet and floral, with a touch of tart grapefruit, a bit of an herbal note. Quite nice.

hazy red grapefruit, lasting thin white head. Faint diacetyl nose, soapy with strawberry and dry earth. Softly floral front palate, berries and flaked wheat mid finishing with crystalline sugars in slightly sticky, fizzy end.

Bottle shared with northropfrye. Lovely blush colour, and pleasant, refreshing, floral aroma. Sweet, with a slight bite of acid. I quite like this beer for a warm summer afternoon!
