Commercial Description:
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Bottle. Rosy-amber beer with a thin whitish head. Yeasty aroma with fruitiness - berry & hibiscus. Fruity flavor with yeast and wheat (fruit mostly hibiscus and berry). Medium bodied. Wheat and yeast lingers with spice and fruit.

In bottle at BottleScrew Bills, Calgary AB. Pour is hazy orange with a whitish head. Aroma in bountiful- citrus, hibiscus, bread, banana, malts, slightly hopped. Taste is fruity with wheat and hibiscus. Average carbonation and light body. A very tasty but unusual beer.

bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange, amber, red with a small fizzy offwhite head. Notes of wheat, flowers, grapes, pear, bread, and some light acidity. pretty tasty. Like a vinous belgian wheat beer. Interesting and good. liked this.

Aroma is oh so sweet, pure fruit goodness orange lemon and something even sweeter. Brew is sweet and fruity. Quite a flavorful beast. A whole lot of fruit going on, although the finish is slightly dry. The aroma itself is worth the purchase. After a while the finish starts to have a sourness to it that slowly changes to a slight bitterness. Upon further reflection the aroma becomes more berry like perhaps pomegranite mixed with berries. I don’t know what hibisicus is, but it is possible this is what I taste and experience. Definately not any rose.

Quite nice. These guys regularly hit the mark. Poured with a nice off white head and some lace. Color is a clear medium amber. Aroma is very nice: easy pick up on the hibiscus with some malt, hop, a hint of yeast, a bit of perfumey citrus in a very good way. Body is very good, ditto carbonation. Finish is nice. Super easy drinking and a session beer for sure.

Bottle grabbed in Vancouver. Pours like a reddish-pink wheat beer with a short, foamy, pink head. Very sweet aroma almost like a rum, strawberry daquiri. Honestly, the flavour brings in more rum and strawberry flavours. The wheat is lurking in the background though too.Very flavourful with just a hint of bitterness in the finish. I could definitely see where this would be great on a hot day or on a beach somewhere.

Botella. Nice red orange colour with a big off white fairly well lasting bubbly head. Pleasant real fruity sweet hoppy aroma. The flavour has a pleasant peach fruitiness with malt, some bitterness and a soft sweetness.
