COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

On Draft at Brothers Beer Bistro. Copper colored with light cherry highlights. On the nose it’s all grapefruit and bubblegum. On the palate it is citrusy grapefruit. Very easy drinking and refreshing. Would be a great summer patio beverage.

Bottle thanks to Chris. Pours a cloudy pink with small frothy off white head that lasts. The aroma is a strong funk, hibiscus, and cherry skin. Medium mouthfeel with a light carb, strong hibiscus with nice light tart finish, very good.

Something high quality, crisp, light but enriched and slightly sour but not enough to make you pucker, just gentle enough to make the experience enjoyable and pleasant. Uplifting aromas & enlightening hibiscus taste which makes for a really good balance on your palate. Perfect leisure time pint that can be enjoyed casually on any occasion. Be it a night out with friends or a warm summers day.

10oz on tap. Delightful little beer, almost red in color, clear, no lacing, small head. A little tart taste, smells very floral. Pretty pleasant mouthfeel, delicate. Definitely different enough to be notable and interesting.

341 ml bottle, from a Quebecois co-worker. ABV is 5.9%. Pinkish colour, slightly hazy. Very small and shortlived off-white head. Fairly strong wheaty, floral and fruity aroma, notes of lemons and hibiscus, hints of spices. Medium sour and lemony flavour, very refreshing. Mild spices in the finish.

Small bottle. Pours cloudy reddish-amber, not much head. Nose is hibiscus, phenol, alcohol. Flavour is sharp wheat lemon tartness, spice, alcohol. Thin, finish is dry, wheat with raspberry (I guess that’s the blend of hibiscus and lemon). The hibiscus on the nose is great, but the base beer isn’t.

Pours hazy reddish orange with a small off white head. The aroma has lots of off-creaminess, tons of floral aspects, mushy malt and a touch of band aids. It has a medium / full body with a mild amount of carbonation. The flavor starts off with a mix of heavy malt that is mildly toasted and the hibiscus comes out a lot. There is a bit of smooth orange citrus notes and light spice. The finish has a bit more spice and is fairly refreshing. Decent beer.
