COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Pours hazy red with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, berries and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long berry and floral finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

341ml bottle courtesy of mortlach, grazie. Bottled somewhere in August 2014, 10 months old. It pours a live amber bright color with some pinkish reflexes, initially the foam gets medium but gassy/frizzy...lowering fast but leaving lacing. Nose: flowers, hibiscus tea, a light caramel note with a sour-acid note too. Mouth: moderate carbonation for a blanche, shy a bit, herbs, a final sourness. Perhaps the bottle was far too old.

Tap at brewery. Hazy deep rose with one finger head. Lightly tart. Fruity, especially berry. Floral and very tasty.

330ml bottle @Les Vignerons (Rome). Deep amber/red color with a delicate fizzy foam. Aroma of flowers with spices, refreshing, some acidic notes. Flavour is well balanced, light sweet with a delicate bitter end and a touch of sour. Low body, high carbonation. Good!

Backlog. 12 oz bottle from Tipsy’s. Aroma of flowers, herbs, bread, light spices and tropical fruits. Similar flavor. Pretty decent overall. Kind of hard to drink after a while, though.

Red-amber semi-clear with a thin, slightly tinted white head. Aroma: Earl Grey with extra floral notes and caramel. Medium bodied; light caramel, pomegranate, floral with minimal bitterness.

Breja diferente que foge do padrão convencional. Visual bonito. Possui cor rosa. Refrescante, mas não dá pra beber várias. Com o tempo, mesmo não sendo doce fica enjoativa. Boa acidez e carbonatação. Forma pouca espuma. Vale a degustação.

The aroma of the grapes and roses. The flavor of rose and flowery. But rather watery too. Light bitterness that disappears quickly. Not impressive beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

341ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, pink-ish golden colour with small, frothy, diminishing, off-white head. Fruity, floral aroma, hibiscus notes. Taste is dry, slightly fruity, floral, hibiscus, rose hip. Reminds of the 5pm-served hospital supper accessory-beverage handed over in lustreless white dishes, as was current in the 1970s (except for- maybe - the serving temperature).

Colpito positivamente.
