Commercial Description:
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

This is a uniquely pleasant beer. This initial sips have an aster spiciness, which mellows into a mild tropical fruit and wheat taste.

Bought this while up in Boston a few weeks ago. Born on date of May 2006. Poured a pinkish looking color with a fairly small head. Not too much on the nose, but a pretty well balanced, fruity flavored beer. Not quite a Lambic, but definitely has a hint of similiarity. Overall I liked it, very different then what I’ve had recently.
