Commercial Description:
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Pours a really attractive fiery reddish orange color with a short lived white head. Smell is minty, rosemary, spiced and herbal. Taste is herbal, floral, definitely wheaty and with some light black pepper and spices as well a touch of citrus tartness. A bit odd, altogether, but drinkable I suppose. Medium body and carbonation. Very unusual, and one of these is plenty for me for good.

Pours an orange/pink that is somewhat hazy with a small white head... Aroma is fruity, almost in a gummy way, but not in a bubblegummy way. Spruce/pine, floral, winey, hibiscus... Flavor is definitely not for me, overpoweringly hibiscus flavor ruins all else for me... Initially carbonated, almost soda-like, strange, thin, lingering pepper/spice... Odd...

Pinkish orange hue, sweet grapefruit nose, reminds me of pink killer without anything artificial. Firm bodied, drops off quick to a dry soft hibiscus finish. Great balance between delicacy and assertiveness.

Bottle at Novare Res. This was the last beer after a LONG night of drinking so it almost certainly needs a retry. But i’ll try my best to be honest. Pours a golden orange color with a white head. Aroma is very similar to potpourri almost like a bathroom spray. Flavor is similarly floral almost too much for the beer. It overtakes the flavor and becomes a flowery beer. I’m glad at least that I wasn’t wondering why it was named what it is, but could this not be a little more subtle?

12 oz. Pinkish, orange with a thin white head. Incredibly delicate aroma - taffy, bubblegum, muted grapefruit, light spice. Flavor is much less sweet smelling, but still delicate. The wheat comes through. Very soft on the palate, with a finish that’s just slightly tart and bitter.

Bottle. Weird fruity/floral malt aroma. Cloudy deep orange body, small head. Flavor is tart and fruity, with some sweetness around the edges. Definitely different, but I’m not sure how enjoyable.

Very light and delicate beer. Poured with a great soapy head. I immediately noticed the nose--perfume, flowers, hops, sweet zest. The beer was also very light. It tasted of PlayDoh, flowers, perfume, and fancy soaps. Very, very bubbly. Like a soda. Nice. Very, very nice.

Pours like a pink flower. Very odd first look. Nothing particular about the aroma or flavor. Very light. Little bit of fruit. Maybe some lemon. Like a wine spritzer?
