Commercial Description:
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Pours a pinkish apricot color with a shortlived froth that disintegrates to nothing. Aroma is floral with some malty perfume. Full nectar with good carbonation. This brew is malt driven with moderate spice and a floral arrangement. I taste some citrus of the orange sort. The finish has an acidic tone to it while leaving a lingering orange yogurt taste in the mouth. Tasty indeed.

Pours an odd muddy brownish red with a large pink head of fine bubbles. Aroma is surprisingly yeasty, fruity, a whole lot of wheat, and an underlying, unfamiliar sort of tropical aroma hiding, which is presumably the hibiscus. Flavor is... woah. Quite different. A slightly off tropical flavor reminiscent of suntan lotion hits the palate on the first sip. A surprising tartness. A slightly earthy flavor. A quite refreshing beer, with a multitude of flavors, but the suntan lotion thing is putting me off just a little. Otherwise quite a nice beer.

Pours a deep amber-orange color with a small but creamy pink head. Aroma of spice, grain, fruit and a flowery presence that is different from anything I’ve encountered in a beer. Flavor follows along those lines, wheat and yeast are the foundation for a spicy, fruity, floral tasting brew. Very unusual, refreshing and good!

Pours up very amber red and slightly orange. Smells spicy, some floral notes, lemon and sage, kina of some belgian tones. Taste is like a fruity, flowery, belgian wheat beer. Very interesting. Mostly spicy with some bitterness. Lacking in the sweet department; moderate carbonation. Not a bad experiment at all. I can respect where they were going with this, though it may not be my favorite.

Kind of strange. Very nice and unique color to it - light sparkling pink. Very light bodied and refreshing. Light flavored as well. Lightly spicey with a dry finish. Not much sweetness which is a plus. Strangely bitter - maybe its the hibiscus, I don’t know.

Quite the beautiful beer here. It could almost pass for a spicy Belgian ale. It pours a light hazy amber color, not pink as others described. The aromas are bountiful, lemon, fresh tomato, coriander, clove, orange and clean straw all mingle in the aroma. The flavor transmits nicely. Its not heavy at all, but it is filled with flavor. It’s rich malt texture is aided by the exotic (for beer) flavors that make it so intriguing.

Pink color with a medium head. Spicy floral aroma. Slightly vegetal. Light fruity (maybe apple?) taste. Very herbal. I will assume that taste is hibiscus. Bitter, but not a hop bitterness. Certainly enjoyable.

Hmmm...soft salmon-colored tightly packed head sits above a murky pink sapphire body. Aroma is floral, mildly sweet, and grassy. Flavor is somewhat spicy, fruity, and the wheat backbone is definitely there. Interesting.
