Commercial Description:
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Bottled, awesome artwork on the bottle. Hazy unique rink (grapefruit juice) pour. Wheat popuri nose, strawberry. Mouth is medium to full, grapefruit and florals. Interesting.

Pours a orange/red with fizzy pink head. This is a very unique beer, it is flowery and is almost perfume like. Sweet candied fruit, wheat grain, pepper, floral rose, citrus, and a bit sour. Too much sweet candy/flower for my tastes, but still quite interesting. Not my cup of tea.

Amber color. Very fruity nose.Aroma is a sublte mix of the swetness of fruits peach/apricot and herbs and spices. Does have a lot of body and not the fake extract that often plague other beers. A complex beer where they have managed to make . I ask for more.

11.5 oz. bottle. Smallish off-white head on top of a hazy amber body. Crisp and wheaty floral aroma. Goes down equally crisp and wheaty with citrus notes and very subtle hints of pepper throughout. Thin-bodied. On the acidic side of things. Love the experimentation, but had hoped for something more taste-wise.

330 ml. bottle. Very floral aroma. Reddish tinged amber color with very little head. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Flavor is floral, perfume, light pepper, and arguably much more. It’s not sweet, it’s very slightly sour/acidic, and it finishes, finally, wheat with something bitter. Very different, and very sipable. Very different.

12oz bottle. Pours a very unique color. A pinkish, reddish, bright firey color that is more akin to a flavored iced tea than a beer. A fizzy bright white head forms then quickly diminishes to a ring of bubbles around the edges. A strong herbal, floral, perfumey aroma that reminds me of a leaves and roots store or poutporri. Some citrus elements are prevalent as well. It is unique and strong though I don’t know how pleasant it is, in a beer at least. Taste is pretty much the exact same as the aroma. Body is thin though not really detracting. Watery with a quick citrusy finish. An interesting effort but nothing special.

Pours a glowing pinkish-orange color. The aroma is floral and acidic, faintly perfume like. The favor is slightly tart, with the floral note being dominant. Not my favorite.

intresting to say the least, a good beer but not the best effort from dieu. strange aroma of beer with a touch of herbal hot tea. the flavor gives a touch of the aroma and a mouthwatering finish. tough to discribe but worth a try.
