Commercial Description:
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Spicy floral aroma. Pours cloudy red with a thin head. Definitely an unusual beer. Pungent floral and spices. Probably don’t need to drink 6 in a row but a refreshing change of pace.

reddish orange with some pink, almost non-existent head. beautiful nose of almost floral bubblegum. some mild bitterness before a brief hint of acidity followed by very floral hops that complement the finish of a very floral petal-like taste. a little bit of grainy malt to balance the finish. a very unique beer, that really is artistic in it’s approach. awesome

Sampled at vt brewfest 09. Pours a hazy orange/pink color with a white/ pink head. Aroma was flowery with fruit and citrus. Flavor was sweet and tart with wheat, lemon/raspberry, floral and has a tart finish.

(automne 2006)

Foggy medium white-pink with finer carbonation and small white head. Instant aroma of sweet-sour raspberry and light floral notes. Taste is right away sour and acidic, revealing some dark berry fruit and spice and some flower. Interesting and different, pretty good feel. I just didn’t love it.

Pours a two finger light pink head that fades quickly leaving no lace. Cloudy red/amber color with yeast left in bottle. Light carbonation and light-medium bodied. Slight floral nose. Flavor is mildly sweet and tart. Not bad but I like more beef in a beer. $4.70 for a 11.5oz bottle from Colonial Spirits Acton, Ma.
