Commercial Description:
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Bottle. Pours a soft red, with some pink hues. Thin very pale pink head, little lacing. Smells like strawberry rhubarb pie, less the crust. Faint yeast, just plenty of strawberry and rhubarb. The fruit keeps coming on the palate. Tart, with berries and an herbal character. This could see some serious play come hot weather.

Bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy reddish amber, some pink notes and a small pink head. Wheat and floral notes are noted in the aroma. Flavor is slightly sweet, malt, floral notes (hibiscus I guess) and some spice (coriander moostly) notes. Finish is dry and slightly bitter.

12 oz bottle at Raleigh Times. Hazy red amber with no head. Very sweet and flowery nose and flavor. This kinda turned my stomach later, but it was OK while I was drinking it.

Orange pour with a thin off-white, almost pink, head. Sour, musty nose with a touch of hibiscus flowers. Flavor is Flemish sour all the way with the addition of hibiscus and spice. Earthy, musty, yeasty. Certainly well done, but not my style.
