sundevil27 (45), , New Jersey, USA May 7, 2009 Bought this while up in Boston a few weeks ago. Born on date of May 2006. Poured a pinkish looking color with a fairly small head. Not too much on the nose, but a pretty well balanced, fruity flavored beer. Not quite a Lambic, but definitely has a hint of similiarity. Overall I liked it, very different then what I’ve had recently. Butters (1622), Virginia, USA May 3, 2009 Bottle shared at Butter’s Big Cellar Blowout. Clear pinkish strawberry pour with ring of white head. Tart fruity bready aroma. Strawberry flavors with a light tartness. Refreshing. Easy drinking. Just expensive. ScottyP (314), Brentwood, Tennessee, USA May 3, 2009 Butters Big Blowout - Pours a cloudy rose/pinkish hint. very interesting. Very fruity and sour aroma. Sweet with some tartness. Lighter bodied than I expected. Interesting beer, I could actually drink more of this again. MmmcKay (269), Brentwood, Tennessee, USA May 3, 2009 Butters cellar blowout tasting. Rose strawberry straw color. Looks like a fruity wheat beer. Tastes vegetal. Kinds of reminds me of out of season corn on the cob. Sour hibiscus. Unique. Barrios (852), Nashville, Tennessee, USA May 3, 2009 Bottle at Butters Big Cellar Blowout. Pours a white head that has legs and a pink amber body. Smells of floral wheat. Clean wheat flavor with the sour, floral sourness of hibiscus. OliverG (83), montreal, Quebec, Canada Apr 27, 2009 Bière blanche?? Plutôt rose! Évidemment, elle dégage des arômes très floraux. En bouche, elle est douce et légère avec des saveurs de fruits rouges et des fleurs. A boire bien froide.
