The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

[bottle] Flowery, tart/sweet aroma. Pours a very clear, light pink color. Flavors are really nice- wheat provides a tart, mellow initial flavor. The Hibiscus comes across with some nice subtle fruit flavors. Lots of cherry, tamarin(?) and again, slighty tart acidity. Finishes a bit dry, and bitter. Very good, overall.

Not a big fan of floral based beers and this doesn’t change that. Is a nice rose color with more flower and sugary flavors all the way through the finish.

Pours a redish body with a thin head. Nice aroma with a barrel like touch. Taste is complex and very interesting and rich on tones of flower, fruit and sugars.

backlog. Light pink with a firm head. Hibiscus dominates the aroma with some yeasty wheaty notes. Some slight sweetness that reminds me of ripe fruits. Nice enough.

Hauntingly weird aroma, sweet fruity, floral, berries, maybe some wine, or sangria, tea, exotic sweet spices. Doesn’t matter how weird it is, I like it. Pinky orange, brief head. Watery palate, a bit slick and sweet almost flat like fruit juice. Taste kinda disappointing, sweetish and fruity, like a herbal tea. Finish is raisin stalks. Aimed high, fell short.

Unique translucent ruby pink hue with no head present. A unique aroma as well with notes of raspberry, cherry, mango, citrus and yeast. Rather light bodied and eminently smooth. A pleasantly quaint taste to match the quaint aroma with notes of mild raspberry, cherry, and flora with a slightly dry hoppy finish. Wonderfully original and palatable.

Veiled ruby color with a low amount of activity. Weak half a finger head that dissipates within a minute, and some poor legs. Aromas of strong flowers with some fruits like cherries and strawberries. Flavors of cherries and fruits, roasted malts, with a flowery feel and herbal spices. Well balanced flavors and a highly sugary taste. Light body with some prickly carbonation. Light finish of medium length, ending with more of a bitter and sharp dry fruity tongue coat, and some roasted grains. Overall decent quality craft having some well executed complex flavors that are not entirely pleasant, but still worth a try. Very thin body that feels like a carbonated juice. Incredible smell though, and good freshness.

Bottle from appellation wines dalry road. Pours hazy rose pink. Lovely aromas of hibiscus, lavender, peaches, apricots, Apple juice. Taste is perfumey, fruity, easy drinking yet interesting.

Brown bottle, 330ml. Pours ruby red with a thin white head residing as a ring. Scent is dense sort of rose candy flavor. Light pale ale I think. Taste is consistent flavor and what seems to be cinnamon or ginger bread. Mouthfeel is dry like grapes, surprisingly so and a nice sour. Excellent.
