COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Gorgeous pink color. Strong floral notes balance well with the wheat flavor. Incredibly drinkable. Perfect beer for a hot summer day.

[Tap] Pours a light ruby color with little head. Fizzy carbonation. Floral aromas mix with cereal grains and some coriander. Notes of perfume, wheat grains, ripe strawberry, rhubarb and yeasty flavors. Light and dry. Mild tart finish. Tasting notes from 8/2014.

A very pretty rose colored pour with a pink head. Has nice floral aromas and flavour. Interesting and not bad!

12oz bottle bb01/15 from Mondial Mulhouse Shop 2014- 5.9%. Pours as decoratively clear pink as the water in those floating candle vases. Fata morgana white head. Smells sweetish with a lemomade sour touch, much like an exotically spiked Radler: candied rosehip tea, pickled hibiscus flower. Hard to tell which base beer style is underneath here. Bit too slick, sparkly and lemonade-like in mouthfeel to my winter liking. Maybe in context, in a French-Canadian summer...

Pretty different. The colour is an amazing pink orange. Not much of a head and no lacing. Light aroma of malt and yeast. Light sweet over predominant sour taste. Lively carbonation in a watery body with a dry aftertaste. Will try my next one on a hot summer day.

Aroma is flowers, somewhat lambic-like tartness and mild sweetness. The flavor is berries, fruit, flowers/spices, wheat, malts and a lightly tart/smooth finish.

Sampled at tasting. Pours pink/orange with medium fizzy head. Aroma full of citrus and flowers, a little sour. Taste is sour with a slightly bitter follow through and a light dry finish.

Pours a nice red colour with a little microhead and no lacing. Tastes of floral and sourness with some citrus. There is a slight perfume smell.

Draught @ Dieu du Ciel, Montréal. Pinkish, little head. Bubblegum nose, taste not thát much, but some. Also light sour, herby flavour of hibiscus, quite dry. Oddity.

Pours lovely peachy orange with very thin head that disappears quickly. Huge aroma of honeyed fruit and biscuits in floral garden, but the taste is more restrained, a flowery tea with honey and lemon. Pronounced acidity but still very light, this is very much a summer beer
