3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Interesting flower beer. Thank you Mr. Jim Daley for taking me on this incredible journey. Red, light bodied, wheat aromas, mixed with fleeting aroma and flavor of habiscus. More of a novelty than anything else but enjoyable none the less as all beers from Dieu du Ciel are.

341 ml bottle, from a Quebecois co-worker. ABV is 5.9%. Pinkish colour, slightly hazy. Very small and shortlived off-white head. Fairly strong wheaty, floral and fruity aroma, notes of lemons and hibiscus, hints of spices. Medium sour and lemony flavour, very refreshing. Mild spices in the finish.

3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Small bottle. Pours cloudy reddish-amber, not much head. Nose is hibiscus, phenol, alcohol. Flavour is sharp wheat lemon tartness, spice, alcohol. Thin, finish is dry, wheat with raspberry (I guess that’s the blend of hibiscus and lemon). The hibiscus on the nose is great, but the base beer isn’t.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours hazy reddish orange with a small off white head. The aroma has lots of off-creaminess, tons of floral aspects, mushy malt and a touch of band aids. It has a medium / full body with a mild amount of carbonation. The flavor starts off with a mix of heavy malt that is mildly toasted and the hibiscus comes out a lot. There is a bit of smooth orange citrus notes and light spice. The finish has a bit more spice and is fairly refreshing. Decent beer.

One of their best, taking the classic witbier to the next level and generation. Got some fruity & floral aromas going on as you would expect. The apperance is excellent as well, bright pinkish and cloudy.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Reddish orange with pink tint... Aroma of tropical fruit, flowers... Flavor is slightly tart, with wheaty backbone, tropical fruits, hibiscus... A little artificial tasting and more of something that would be made by blue moon than dieu du ciel... Par for the course

Sample at a tasting. Ruby body with a low white head. Flowery and fruity. Quite odd.
