The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

Pours clear dark pink. Aroma-floral shop, champagne, hint of alcohol. Taste-floral, hibiscus, almost no malt, yeast or hops to speak of. Mostly floral. Slight tartness and a thin body. Good beer though, refreshing.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours reddish with a pinkish head. Taste lightly fruity, flower all, grassy. I thought this was ok. I wouldn't drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Trinity Common in Toronto. Very beautiful blood orange juice pinkish red with a moderate white head. The aroma is not really noteworthy, there’s a wheaty dusty undertone and a slight juicy, herby twist to it. Doesn’t improve much as it warms. The flavour’s sourish, juicy, wheaty, with a herbal bitter finish that lingers on quite a while. The carbonation is rather crisp, yet thin, with a somewhat grainy mouthfeel. Light. Was hoping for the hibiscus to be more pronounced, but it’s nonetheless a pretty nice - nearing interesting - quencher.

Draught @ Albion. Copper red with very small whitish frothy head, fruity aroma, low carbonation, hibiscus flavored slightly metallic taste, medium flavorful finish. Interesting brew.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Taste shared by Chalumeaux. Thanks, TJ! Pours pale red purple with a light pink head. Aroma is heavy hibiscus! Like sticking my nose in a flower. Flavor is lighter than the aroma, slight sour, a little watery, spicy hibiscus. This s is neat, but not a favorite.
