The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day.

one of the most interesting beers ive ever had. definite floral aroma and taste combined with a trad wheat beer make it a great thirst quencher, but it is also a beer that you want to take your time with and really try and taste all the subtle characterictics. a little too acidic for me, could feel it on yhour tongue, but not terrible. just really interesting, good beer.

Pours a hazy, fizzy pink, like rosé bubbly. Nose is hibiscus and wheat, not much else. Taste is the same but with a really nice, tart acidic element that makes this quite drinkable. Refreshing flavoured wit.

Keg at Brewdog. Reddy purple, opaque, small ring of white head. Aroma is light jam - somewhere between strawberry and raspberry, punchy rhubarb, earthy beetroot, light glue. Body is light, touch of spritz, not foamy, a bit of tooth rotting sugariness. Taste is earthy, touches of berry, tangy, sour, not bitter. OK, standard fruit sour.

Quite a nice experiment this brew be. Pours a beautiful unfiltered rose colour with no head. Aroma is of wine, spices, tropical hops, and yeast esters. Tastes of wheat, grapes, citrus, and tropical fruit. Has a smooth medium body with low carbonation and a great sourness to it. Very agreeable indeed.

A lady in pink indeed! Ruby with a quickly scrammin’ head. Smells of wheat, grapes and wilting flowers. Taste has some light spices, flowery, bittersweet vinous quality to it. Very refreshing with a medium body and mid-high carbonation. One fo’ the ladies.

O sabor não era ruim, mas lembrava um frisante ou uma keep cooler. queria uma cerveja.

Relatively clear rose pink with a good pale head. Aroma is rose, hibiscus, pomegranate, honey. Light bodied, slightly syrupy mouthfeel, sweet and floral on the palate with a light finish. Taste is rose water, hibiscus, pomegranate. Quite fruity and floral, not very beer-like but tasty.

On tap at DDC. A glowing reddish amber pour. Massive fruit and coriander aroma - very spicy, a bit over the top. Very smooth bodied with a round mouthfeel. The taste is coriander, celery salt, peppery - just tons of spice.

On tap at Tangent Cafe on The Drive in Vancouver. A raspberry coloured beer with generous pink head. A delicately fruity, possibly floral summer ale that would never be mistaken for a fruit cooler. Nice. 3.8.

11.5 oz bottle at 5.5% ABV. Lovely clear amber-red body with an average head; some sediment left on the bottom of the bottle. Aroma is quite floral and a bit fruity. Good sweet/tart balance in the flavor where hibiscus is also obvious but not overdone.
