on tap on the premises. milky yellow with a small white cap, reviving and leaving nice lacing. lots of lemons, lime juice as well, light to medium acidity - lactic and citric; some tropical cocktail powder, crisp peppery wheat, candy citric powder. moderate carbonation, light body - watery, drying and firmly tart citric-herbal-citrusy finish. muted mangoes if not imparting a very nice tropical twist. quite enjoyed!

On tap @ Dieu du Ciel (Zwanze Day). Hazy orangey-golden with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is not as expressive as the raspberry or even the cherry versions but there’s definitely a fruity/mango presence along grains and floral notes. Taste is a lot less tart than other Solstice d’Été versions and it definitely could use more. It’s fruity and grainy, but a little less than aroma. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Fruity finish. Easy drinking. My least favorite of the Solstice versions.

Bière blonde dégustée au Zwanze Day. Cheers to my ontarian fellow partners!

[6691-20140823] Tap. Summer wheat celery and fresh wafts of tropical fruit. Hazy, bright light orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Lots of mango fruit in the flavour with a light sour wheat background. Medium body. Good. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

Spina @ Eurhop 2014. Chiara con bella schiuma. Morbida un po acidula, esce frutta. Astringenza, un po stucchevole

At Eurhop festival in Rome-Italy. Pours cloudy golden/orange, small white head which lowers fast. Nose: medium acidic notes, macerated fruit, mango. Mouth: medium low carbonation, sourness, dry palate, fruit. A bit lack of body but very tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(On tap at the DDC tap takeover @ barVolo, Aug 23 2014) Pours a hazy medium yellow, small white head, no lace. Aroma of fresh ataulfo mango flesh with mild acidic undertone. Flavour sweetish to start, mango again, becomes lightly lactic with a little lemon juice towards the finish, but not powerfully sour, with no grain. Fruit forward. Light to medium body with little carb. Not the most complex beer, I thought - I totally adore mangoes so I probably like this one a bit more than its objective merits warrant.

2014-08-23. Hazy dark pastel yellow body with a moderate creamy white head. 3+ Aroma is moderate, light fruit, cereally pale malt. Flavour is similar, moderate tart sourness throughout, mild fruit, cereally pale malt core. Lactic sourness grows on larger sips, pleasantly so. Smooth average plus bodied palate, modest carbonation. 3+ Decent but a bit disappointing. The fruit and grains come together strangely for me and is much more "cereally" than I remember their others being. On tap at DDC Tap Takeover Event, Volo, Toronto

Draught @ Dieu du Ciel tap take-over. Hazy piss yellow, no head. Fruit sugar nose, little soapy. Some lactose, but nicely dry and fruity, not sweet.
