COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The light amber colour of this beer conceals an important cargo of hops. It’s light effervescence allows for the discrete fruity taste of the malt and the pronounced bitterness to be better appreciated. The aromas of fruits and hops spread over the palate and cast a spell over all who dare to taste this beer.

Tap. Moderate malt notes of roasted and pretzel-like breadiness, moderate flowers, perfume and orange for the hops, light dough for the yeast, with some faint spice and dark dried fruit in the background. Head is average to large, frothy, slightly off-white with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is hazy orange/red. Flavor starts lightly sweet and acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is medium, creamy with a soft carbonation. Nothing too fabulous about this IPA but everything aspect about it blends well with each other.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Flowery and grainy aroma. The flavor has pale grain, with floral and earthy hoppy notes. Not bad.

Sampled at the brewpub, in company of S8n on September 17, 2005. This cask IPA was rated at 6% ABV on the chalkboard. This was my first time seeing a brew poured from the cask, which was done by pullling the big wooden handle, a couple of times. It pours a foamy head with excellent retention. The colour is a rich amber. The aromas are floral and fruity, but yet mild. Very smooth mouthfeel that is flat and slight syrupy. The taste starts off slight fruity and finishes on mild bitterness with a long aftertaste. A very nice smooth fruity and bitter IPA.

On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours an amber orange color with a white foam head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, and earthiness. Sweet caramel taste with a nice hop hit. Some spicey notes mixed in. Nice medium body.

Draft at Blind Tiger with Andrew, Streets, Mark, Ben and Kyle. Pours an amber body with small head / lacing. Aroma is fresh grass and pine hop. Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated with notes of fresh pine hop, floral flavors, grassy/earthy textures. Solid IPA.

On tap at blind tiger. Pour is dark copper... Light white head. Taste of cereal grains and bitter hops. Some citrus. Bitter, borders on full bodied pils and ipa.
