The light amber colour of this beer conceals an important cargo of hops. It’s light effervescence allows for the discrete fruity taste of the malt and the pronounced bitterness to be better appreciated. The aromas of fruits and hops spread over the palate and cast a spell over all who dare to taste this beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Lightly hazy light amber pour with small white head, light lacing. Aroma is light, light fruitiness, fruity hop, stonefruit, signature malty dieu du ciel aroma. Taste is bitter, grassy bitter pineyness with lots of crusty, bready malt notes, light earthiness. Palate is med bodied with good carbonation. Decent.

New England Bucket List Trip #150. Keg at St. Jerome. Pours a hazy orange with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of floral, tropical hops, toasted malt. The taste is citrus hops and toasted caramel malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness.

On tap @ Dieu du Ciel. Amber colored pour with a khaki head. Pretty sweet and malty. Hella sugary. A little bit of cheese on the back end, but good floral and citrus hops. Lots of lemon in particular. Flavor is kind of bitter and citrusy. Woody and floral hops. A little bit of lemon, some orange, and caramel malts. Tangy finish on this bad boy. Weird.

Belle couleur dorée avec un col mousseux. Aromes de céréales,caramel,agrumes,pain... Un peu décevant comme produit...

On tap at brewpub. A veiled amber with a resilient white head. Aroma is hoppy, caramel, brown sugar. Flavor is caramel, cereals and brown sugar. Finish is very floral and herbal hops. Medium body, average carbonation. Kind of disappointing.

vaisseau des songes 5% on tap at the brewpub.it pours a nice deep copper with a 1cm solid foamy beige head and a bready herbal hop aroma. Medium bodied with a sharp carbonation the taste is soft cocoa & milk chocolate with a crisp bitter pine finish. Not the most complex beer but one to sip and start the night with. An IPA but think an extra bitter English one rather than a US hop bomb.
