Commercial Description:
The light amber colour of this beer conceals an important cargo of hops. It’s light effervescence allows for the discrete fruity taste of the malt and the pronounced bitterness to be better appreciated. The aromas of fruits and hops spread over the palate and cast a spell over all who dare to taste this beer.

On cask. Excellent golden color, nice fluffy bubbly head. Great aroma of what smells like english hops, goldings maybe......... Excellent compliment to the good malty notes, very nice on the hand pump.

Cask conditioned. Cloudy copper color with a medium bubbly head. Amazing aromas of hops and caramel. Huge, incredible flavors of hops and caramel that float on a nice cloud of happiness. Very good and enjoyable.

beautiful floral hop nose. leaves lots of lace. first sip brings beautiful flavors of apples, oak, slightly bitter but extremely floral hops. more of a softest APA I can recal then an IPA but a great beer. Light, packed with hop flavor, not an IPA but very nice.

Clear amber, fluffy head with fine bubbles. Aroma of grapefruit, resinous hops, caramel with some roastiness. Roasted malt sliding to grapefruit zest.

On cask at the brew pub. Deep orange, bubbly white head - large head for a cask ale. Huge nose, especially for a cask beer. All orange citrus - not in a really hoppy way, but more like fresh oranges / tangerines- lovely! Very nice orange citrus taste, slightly sharp. Bitter at first, all tangerine middle and end. Thin to medium body. Perfect cask IPA - not in your face, just wonderfully balanced. Maybe just a little bit more body needed to go with the 6% (which is what it was listed at in the pub, not the 5% listed here).

[Pint, cask at brewpub] Hazy golden/amber/reddish-orange color. I was immediately struck by the smoothness of this I.P.A. No harsh, jarring bitter hoppy flavor right off. Citrus/grapefruit flavors...but not too overpowering. Hops were balanced well with gentle malt flavors. Suprisingly good amount of head, lasted throughout the life of the pint. Overall a very good I.P.A. I feel lucky to have had a pint from a cask of this brew.
