3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JorisPPattyn (6729) - Antwerpen, - JUN 19, 2011
"Fiery" as in gushing to mounds of white head over hazed orange-yellow beer. Citrussy, and absolutely Brett or Pedio-like aromas. Lemoncookies. On purpose or infected? Bitterish, bit like citrusmould; again barnyard-like flavours, but with a spiced, bitterish streak, the acidity remaining in the background. There’s signs aplenty of Pedio/Brett infection. Rather light body and of course very carbonated, fizzy. DijkWaert has absolutely to clean their act - and their beer. Another gusher, another infected brew. Yet, I get the impression they have good ideas. Just a bit more care, please.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 rotjoch (39) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAY 26, 2011
Total gusher with amateuristic label. Once the geiser calmed down, the beer itself was rather nice, with an aroma that reminded me of matches, in a good way. To be compared with lupulus (blond, dense white foam) but by far not as good as that one...
