"Eternal Love". A soft creamy brown beer that was brewed for the first time on occasion of the wedding of the brewmaster.

Technically a Belgian wheat; very nice. Brewed for a customer’s wedding so I doubt you’ll see this on this side of the pond any time soon.

Hazy amber colour. Medium carbonation. Sweet chemical taste with sour mettalic notes and and some roastiness. Very bad and unbalanced. Undrinkable.

Thick yellowish head, rather stable over veiled red-chestnut beer. Spicy nose, bit of conifer, dark malts & melanoidins. Some yeasty notes. Spices, coriander in particular, completely overpowering the taste; wey-ish sweet, spicy and warm yeast features. Medium bodied, quite slick, well-carbonated. Everlasting love?? Faded mariage of habit, yes!

(Bottled, 0.75l) Opaque dark brown with a smallish, firm, beige head. Aroma of (lots of) spices, honeyish malt, touch of licorice. Vinous flavor of dark grapes, stuffy yeastiness, barnyardy funkiness. Medium+ body, quite soft CO2. "Interesting", but feels like experimental at this stage.

75 cl bottle (7%) @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere. BBE 12/2013.
Pours murky dark brown color with a medium-sized head. Aroma of sourish ripe fruits, spices, yeast, barnyard notes, dark berries, some alcohol, sour apples and herbs. Flavor of caramel, ripe fruits, spices, yeast and malts. Quite interesting aroma but the flavor is not as good. Strong CO2, dry berryish palate with a dry finish.

13/V/2012 - 75cl bottle @ De Heeren van Liedekercke - BB: VI/2013 (2012-497)

Very little cloudy amber to dark red brown beer, nice light beige head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Some chunks floating around in glass and bottle. Aroma: little sourish, pretty smoky (although I was the only one who got some smoke), smells like an infection. A bit woody and some Rodenbach sourness. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, grains, bit smoky, pretty bitter, some spices and bretta. Aftertaste: sourish, bit metallic, orange peel, wood, bretta touch, bitter tobacco and rotten fruits. Tastes like something has gone terribly wrong here.
