Off-white, rocky head, but fully diminishing. Excellent lace. Clear, amber body. Hoppy aroma. Moderately sweet, lightly bitter initial flavour. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter (short) finish. Light to medium bodied. Lively carbonation.

Light amber color. Simple aroma; also the taste is quite simple, but has a quite strong hopping. Ends with some sweetness.

Light amber colored beer with OK head. Nice fruity aroma with evident apple notes. Flavor is sweet and fruity and somewhat artificial and syrupy - a very thick mouthful. A nice and fresh beer!

An amber beer with a fine small disappearing though lazing head. The aroma is powerful of yeast and apples - a very complex aroma. The flavor is very sweet malty with notes of caramel, apples, yeast, and spices.

Cloudy amber color with short head. Very sweet with toffee, caramel and banana-shell. The sweetness is too much in the end. Low carbonation but not missing.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2009 Pretty average ale. Nice name, but lacks complexity. Did have a nice head and drinks away easily. Had it at Olivier in Utrecht.
