Bottle. Very high and creamy long lasting off-white head. Clear dark brown body. Caramel roasted malt aroma. Sweet caramel with notes of berries flavor. Low carbonation. Short sweet aftertaste.

Sample from a bottle thanks to the wolfie’s big bro. Alround rating: Big yeasty spiceyness, with lots of corriander and clovy orangeness. Lots of fruitness, appley tangarine big of plums. Balanced and tasty stuff.

Deep amber color with a medium white head that settles quickly to reveal little to no lacing. Aroma of bread dough, malts and orange peel. Flavor is dominated by the malts, with moderate spices, not a bad flavor, but nothing too complex. Decent enough body, but nothing special. A good blonde ale, but not outstanding.

Nose of caramel, nuts, cherry, spices. Orange amber with flecks of lace. Juicy caramelised malt, wheat, possibly orange or lemon rind, just a hint of sourness. Kasteel Bruin shandy. Some traces of alcohol heat, but I’ve not had a beer for a few days. Ordinary amber ale.

Bottle. Sour malt and peach aroma. Amber color with large head. Very sweet peach-apple malt and mild astringent finish. Strong acidity. Decent but forgettable.

Light oak and caramel raisin aroma. Amber colour, off-white head white rizes in the middle - i love that - good lace. Soft, light sweet, light bitter, dry, hint of lactic. Long, bit dry finish.

250ml bottle bought at Antwaerps Bierhuiske. Amber body, lasting top-layer. Aroma of sweet fruits. Berries and lemon in flavour leading to a bittersweet ending. About average (shared with Finn, hotel room Antwerpen, 28.04.2011).

Dark copper colored body with a large egg shell white head. The aroma was sweet bread crust right after baking. There was also some caramel. A little bit of apple was behind that nose. The taste was sweet with lots of pears and some caramel. The finish was especially sweet with lots of caramel candy and some iced tea. This is a lightly fruity Belgian style brew with some bitter bread balance. A decent beer, but forgettable.
