Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, fruiy, prune, wood , light roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090822]

Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of spices, malt, caramel, and fruit. The flavor is very sweet with notes of spices, malt, caramel, and alcohol, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle @ Danish Summer gathering, 2009. Pours unclear golden with a creamy white head. Warm, spicy, yeasty and fruity. Full bodied. Nice.

Hazy amber color. Mild aroma, the flavor is much stronger, with good caramel and strong bitterness. Straight but good Strong Ale.

Bottle, 7.2%. Slight vegetable aroma, also a little sweet. Cloudy brown colour, small, tan, lacy head. The flavour also has a little veg and some rough hops. Yeasty aftertaste. There is some malt flavour, but not really great. Also not really great mouthfeel. Mellows out a bit as it warms, turning OK.

( 750ml bottle ) Pours a cloudy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of raisins, caramel, and baked apple. Flavor of raisins, caramel malt, apple, coriander, and yeast.

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, golden beer topped by an off-white, finger-thick head leaving lacings. Spiced, caramel-malty nose with ripe plums and some phenolic notes. Fruity and spiced flavor with some caramel and an appropriate bitterness. Also a strange herbal touch lasting all the way. Full-bodied and slightly sourish. Not very interesting, but a decent beer indeed. 090822

Cloudy golden with a huge beige head. Spicy aroma with toasted malt, caramel and mushroom notes. Flavour was sweet with overripe fruits, hops, malt and caramel notes. Finished sweet. Not bad.

Botella. Pale nice dark amber colour. Good head. Malty and fruity sweet cararamel bit spiced aroma. The flavour is sweet with malt, fruit, caramel, yeast and some spice.
