Quite a rich aroma, little fruity, some pear which I don’t like. Amber color, off-white head, very good lace. Sweet, little fruity, hint of butter, pear, no hops, bit weak flavors. Light but still a little warming.

delicious! aroma: fruity and sweet. taste: malty and sweet. good balance alcohol is well hidden. finish is a bit thin and sour with lots of fruit at the end. it’s a pitty they didn’t choose this one for Karakter of hertog-jan.

A present from Amsterdam with a few other fine beers. Rich gold in colour with a fine white head, the nose is big and malty, looking forward to this!! Palate is medium - full with a sweetish, malty edge, delicious!

This beer has a dark blond body - hue apperance and a fine light white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it hadno carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is light bitter.

Light amber color. Cookie dough aroma, plums. Sweetish, malty flavor with plums. Rather thin. Another Interbrew beer that seems OK at first, but just lacks character.

Golden orange coloured, medium head. Caramel malty aroma, some hops and some fruit (not sure what though). Hoppy flavour with caramel malts, nice bitterness. Not a very complex beer, but very easy to drink. Very suitable to drink more in a row. I like it.

skortila (4160) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - AUG 30, 2004
Fruity aroma, malty, and hoppy, some vanilla. Clear, amber coloured with a short, off-white, lasting head. Taste is hoppy, moderate sweet, malty-fruity (i’ll go with the mandarins). Just a bit sourness. Bit thin/watery. Quite smooth. Okay brew.

Clear light orange color, short frothy head. Aroma of malt, some mandarin, bit hoppy. Taste is sweet, some caramel malt, mandarin again. Bit sticky palate. This one is a good challenger for the Karakter.
