3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz bottle purchased from the brewery. No freshness or ABV markings. Bronze/light gold color-very little head. Nose is honey, metallic, hay. Taste is light grass, a bit alcoholic (!), malt flavors are subdued and very little hop aroma. Nice body for a lager and easily quaffed. Well done-wish I had a few more of these.

Tasting at CBF. Clear golden, medium white head. Aroma of light malts and lighter floral hops. Flavor is smooth and easy, very drinkable but still has pretty good flavor. A fairly hoppy lager with a satisfying bitter finish.

4 oz taster draft at the brew pub in Dillon, Colorado. The pour is a clear golden, with a smallish off white head. Aroma is not much, maybe a hint of sweet malt. Taste is lightly clean malt sweetness, some nice floral, even a touch of lemon in the back. Much more flavor than I was expecting from the soft nose. Palate is thin to medium, coats mouth a touch, the after taste lingers some. Overall a tasty Amber Lager.

Nothing really going on in this beer. A little more maltiness is needed to provide a flavor that catches up with it's appearance. No real faults just rather plain and unexciting. Proabably much better on a ski trip in the Colorado Rockies than from the bottle in TN.

Light brownish yellow in color. Pleasantly aromatic for the style with an equal balance of caramel, sugary toasted malt and floral hop aromatics. Sweet bready malt flavor with caramel and biscuity accents.

Bottle. Friend brought this back from their trip to Colorado. Of the 3 dam beers they brought back, this was the worst. Poured a golden color with a smaller white head that went rather quick. Aroma was sweet malts, corn and metallic flavors. Very thin and watery body. Not a whole lot to this one. Some caramel flavor in the finish.

On tap at the brewery. Orange, amber and clear appearance with a white head and light lacing. Smooth malty lager with light caramel and light hops. Fruity, berry notes in there with a crisp, light body. Pretty refreshing and easy to drink.
