Rating from 3/06. On tap @ DD. Copper color. Citrus hops on the nose. Taste is citrusy, mildly earthy, mildly piney hops. Caramelly malt backing. Moderately bitter. Finishes with a piney hops flavor.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The 12 ounce bottle poured a clear, orange-amber beverage with a modest creamy white head that was mostly diminishing but it left good lacing on the glass. The aroma was subtle but I was able to discern light floral hop notes and a bit of a beady malt essence. The body was medium with soft carbonation and a watery texture. The flavor starts out lightly bitter and then it quickly increases. The bitterness levels off at about medium and lasts through the medium-long finish.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Grapefruit hop aroma. The flavor is similar; dominated by grapefruit and citrus hops. More like an IPA than an american pale ale.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
I was definitely surprised by this one. Hops for miles. Biscuity malts ala Fat Tire...but with much more of a dry edge. Not watery. Nose was more malty than hoppy. Nice and clean. Assetive hop bite.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a light amber color with a white head. Has a bitter hoppy aroma. Flavor is a little taste of malt up front and a nice easy bitter hop finish. Not an amazing pale ale but a good easy drinking one.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A pretty well balanced pale ale. Just pretty average and light in the flavor department. Aroma is strong with grapefruit and fresh flowers. Caramel maltiness, with just a hint of nuttiness. Overall pretty thin and light.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12oz bottle-Aroma of big hops on a opaque amber body with a head that dissipated quickly. A taste with hops more on the middle and back end than the from also with a little maltiness.
