Jun 6, 2005 NABA 05: Light PNW hops lend to the toasty malts and a light body. More bitterness than the nose would lead on to and then the mouthfeel falls flat leaving you empty and craving more. Body is to beer what salt is to food.

Aug 16, 2004 Orange copper, fresh hoppy taste, nice light piney sweet hop flavor, a little soapy, however. Nose is a nice dry-hopped profile of sweet fruity hops, lots of citrus smells.

Nov 8, 2007 on tap-pours a retaining thin off white head and gold color. Aroma is some citrus/earthy/floral hops, secondary medium malt. Taste is some citrus-bitter pine/earthy/floral hops, secondary medium malt. To my taste the hops are blended English/hallertau/northwest-nugget? Dry finish.
