UPDATED: SEP 23, 2007 Beautiful golden-copper hue wtih a light head. Awesome hoppy-citric aroma. Delivers with a bountiful grapefruity, yet still-malt-based goodness. Outstanding.

Damn those guys at dillon make some fine brew. Average in all categories of flavor, but they really do a great job of making it average. An exceptional average brew.

Mild, spicy hop aroma. Not much head but good lacing. Cloudy copper. Medium malty body. Great Cascade presence, sticks around in the aftertaste. Good roastiness to match! A winner for sure.

Bottle: Courtesy of Indiana_Red via trade. Aroma is moderate grapefruit and floral hops with a nice balance of malt (cookie). Pours a mostly transparent amber (just a touch of haze) with a small white head that quickly fades to a ring. Flavor is lightly sweet up front with caramel and cookie with a much bigger hop finish that is mostly pine with a hint of grapefruit. Smooth and somewhat creamy mouthfeel.
