on tap-pours a retaining thin off white head and gold color. Aroma is some citrus/earthy/floral hops, secondary medium malt. Taste is some citrus-bitter pine/earthy/floral hops, secondary medium malt. To my taste the hops are blended English/hallertau/northwest-nugget? Dry finish.

Draft at DD. Suprising, in a good way, flavor for an extra pale ale. Probably more bitter/complex like an IPA. Nice body and just enough hops finish bitter. Enjoyable.

Had this beer on 7/3/2006. Aroma is a nice hoppy scent. Color is a bright gold with good carbonation and a lose head. Taste is hoppy and bitter. Starting with a medium body that goes down smooth with a sharp bitterness come in on the end. Finish starts off bitter then is back by a hopping flavor and ends bitter. Its got no malt flavor, its just bitter and a little hoppy. They should rename it as an extra special bitter, then it would fit better.

Rating from 3/06. On tap @ DD. Copper color. Citrus hops on the nose. Taste is citrusy, mildly earthy, mildly piney hops. Caramelly malt backing. Moderately bitter. Finishes with a piney hops flavor.
