Medium brown colour. Bold nutty aroma and flavour. Quite sweet, but with complex nutty, toasty malt notes. A little watery in the finish but otherwise a good example.

On tap at the Dillon Dam Brewery & Restaurant. Poured a medium brown color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, nuts, and toasted malts. Tastes of caramel, light roast, and chocolate. For a brown ale, this wasn’t bad.

Dark orange and copper colored. Grey/medium tan head. Spicy gingerbread introduces this one, with some wheat, wood and cola following, ending with a light touch of scotch. Very interesting, and a unique brown ale.
